- Experience with sales to the facility maintenance and/or property management industry
- 5 years of PROVEN SALES experience (outside sales)
- Proven experience in closing deals
- Excellent people skills, and a desire to be in front of people all day long
- A willingness to work hard
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to connect with prospects immediately
This is a position that is face-to-face with our customers and the person must also work well with the operations team to communicate clearly customer needs and expectations.
- Securing new business and growing your territory by:
- Established database cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.
- Trade shows
- Presenting proposals to prospects
- Managing customers
- Cross-selling and up-selling clients
- Maintain accurate records of activity
- Participation in initial and ongoing training
- Entertaining Customer
Pay = Base + Commission – $60-$90k annually plus benefits (based on experience)
